At Zenith Energy, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges electronics merchandise. (Dc Cables Inverters, Solar Panels and etc).

Return Eligibility

Electronics

    • Must be returned within 7 working days of delivery
    • Item must be in original condition and full working order
    • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
    • Factory seals must be intact for certain items (Inverters, Cables etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale”
    • Items with removed security tags
    • Opened electronics with broken seals (unless defective)

Refund Process

    1. Initiation
        • Log into your account and submit a return request
        • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
        • Print the provided return shipping label
    2. Packaging
        • Pack items securely in original or similar packaging
        • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
        • Attach the return shipping label
    3. Processing Time
        • Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
        • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
        • You will receive email notifications throughout the process

Refund Methods

    • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
    • Store Credit: Immediate upon approval
    • Bank Transfer: 10-15 business days
    • Gift Card Returns: Store credit only

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide photos of the damage
    • We will arrange a free return shipping
    • Replacement or refund will be processed priority
    • If the Product is picked up by Client from Warehouses It will not Refunded if it damaged

Exchange Policy

    • Electronics can only be exchanged for the same model if defective
    • Exchange shipping is free within the Pakistan only 1 time.

Restocking Fee

    • Electronics: 15% restocking fee may apply if:
        • Item shows signs of use
        • Not all accessories are returned
        • Original packaging is damaged

International Returns

    • International returns must be initiated within 14 days
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • Import/export fees may apply
    • Processing time may be extended to 30-45 business days

Holiday Returns Policy

    • Extended return period for purchases made between November 15 and December 24
    • All holiday purchases can be returned until January 31
    • Standard return conditions still apply
    • Gift returns will be issued as store credit

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may make exceptions to this policy in the following cases:

    • Manufacturing defects discovered after the return period
    • Incorrect items shipped
    • Special promotions with modified return terms
    • Warranty-covered issues

Additional Information

    • All approved refunds will include original shipping charges if the return is due to our error
    • Items purchased with promotional discounts will be refunded based on the actual amount paid
    • Bundle items must be returned complete; partial bundle returns are not accepted
